At Functional Health Chiropractic we have many ways of helping you feel better. Chiropractic care, Functional Medicine, Cold Laser Therapy, Nutrition programs, and even Massage Therapy. Payment Information
All payment is due to Functional Health Chiropractic at the time service is rendered. Fees are based on the length and type of appointment.
First visit fees are not time dependent. Standard appointment totals may vary if supplements are recommended or if cold laser therapy is utilized during your visit. The cost of care is otherwise consistent.
To better serve you we now accept most major health insurance plans. As each plan is individual, please call to find out what your plan covers for you and your family. If you want to find out what is covered you are welcome to use this form when you inquire with your insurance company. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment as we need to make a copy it. If your insurance changes through the course of your time with us it is your responsibility to let us know of the changes.
We accept the following forms of payment: HSA's, Visa, MC, Discover, check or cash.
